When Bolt set out to plan their Summer Summit, they wanted more than just another offsite - they wanted real connection. “I was looking for something that brought out teamwork, perseverance, and fun all in one,” says Ivan Cerin, Workplace Experience Manager at Bolt.
And that’s when Rachel came in... recommended through Ivan’s network. Her approach? Design events as experiences -crafted to spark collaboration and laughter. The winning idea: an Indiana Jones–inspired jungle adventure. Think giant Jenga, tent-building races, jungle quizzes and a local comedian guiding the way as the “jungle host.”

The result? 20 teammates diving headfirst into four immersive challenges, working together, laughing, and staying engaged right to the final prize. “We knew this would bring people together - and it really did,” adds Marianna La Torre, Workplace Experience Specialist.
