How it Works
We align on your goals and choose the gathering to focus on, so we have a clear target and shared success criteria.
Depending on the scope of the project, I'll use different ways of collecting insights. These may include:
- Reviewing data from employee health surveys
- Interviews with your team members/ leadership
- Observational sessions
I’ll synthesize what I discover into a clear insights. From experience, these might include cultural topics that need to be activated, team knowledge gaps, or insights into the ways your team has changed (e.g following a restructure). Based on the insights, your company goals, and the team gathering, I'll propose impact areas your gathering should focus on.
After we've aligned on the insights, I’ll design a Blueprint for your team gathering - a tactical way of redesigning your gathering so that it drives real impact.
This is either a deck or a document (your choice) and includes:
- A clear purpose and focus for the gathering
- An evergreen agenda for the gathering
- Tailored activity and experience ideas
- A creative briefing (theme, tone, narrative)
- Guidance for participant briefings
- An activation plan to connect the gathering to your other programs/ products
- KPIs and measurement guidance
